Service agreements

All drone services are provided under written agreement between Texas UAV Solutions and the client. Services include aerial photography and video, thermal imaging for roofing, façade, and solar inspections, LiDAR surveying and 3D mapping, construction progress documentation, utilities and infrastructure assessment, oil and gas operations monitoring, and emergency response support. Deliverables, accuracy specifications, and turnaround times are defined in each project's service agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate site information and ensure they have legal authority to authorize drone operations at the specified location. Property owners or authorized representatives must grant permission for all work performed. Clients are responsible for disclosing any hazards, restricted airspace, active operations, or special conditions that may affect flight safety or service delivery. Texas UAV Solutions cannot proceed with services if proper authorization is not obtained.

Liability and limitations

Texas UAV Solutions provides services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, wind, airspace restrictions, FAA authorization timelines, or client-requested changes. Thermal imaging, LiDAR, and aerial data are subject to atmospheric conditions, site access, and equipment limitations, and are not a substitute for a licensed engineering or professional survey opinion unless expressly stated in the service agreement. Clients assume responsibility for how imagery, data, and reports are used after delivery.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Deposits may be required to secure booking dates. Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days forfeit the deposit. No-shows without prior notice forfeit all payments.

Intellectual property

Texas UAV Solutions retains ownership of all raw flight data, imagery, processing methods, and creative work product. Clients receive a license to use delivered images, video, reports, and data for the purposes specified in their service agreement. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or use deliverables for commercial purposes beyond their original intent without written permission. Watermarked or preview files cannot be used publicly.

Privacy and data

Information collected through our website and booking process is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share client data with third parties without consent. Drone operations comply with FAA regulations and local privacy laws. Footage captured during flights may include neighboring properties; clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.

Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from service agreements or website use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Corpus Christi, Texas. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
